- 2,640,693 people completed a study of God's Word
- 381,507 people came into the fellowship of Christ's church
- 21,181,152 Scriptures were placed in eager hands, many for the first time
- 3,544 new churches were started, most in areas where there has been no
   existing church

While we celebrate each of these results, we are especially excited about this one - 358,722 new "Philips" were trained! Imagine - over 350,000 people are now trained to go out and share the message of salvation in Jesus Christ with their friends and neighbors! We expect huge numbers of people coming to the Lord in 2003! Praise God!

These amazing accomplishments have resulted in a new challenge: Will we have enough financial resources to supply these courageous disciple-makers with the Scriptures they need in the coming months? It's not too late to give your tax-deductible, year-end gift! Please prayerfully consider

We recently sent a letter to our ministry staff in Russia, telling them that we may need to make significant cutbacks in our ministry. They've responded with several ideas of how they can reduce costs so that more Bibles can still be placed. Several of our offices have begun using coal or wood to heat their offices, to save expenses of electric or gas heating. They're willing to sacrifice in order to reach their country for Christ!
