New Testament in Coatzopan finally available in Mexico
With the publication of the Coatzopan, Mixtec New Testament, the Bible League has now published the full New Testament in 105 languages in Mexico. The Mixtec are among the people and language groups in the Mexican state of Oaxaca where the Bible League has focused major efforts in the past five years.

There are thousands of languages around the world still waiting for Scriptures to be translated and published,

and the Bible League is aggressively working to expand Scripture access to more of these remote groups. But those who speak the Coatzopan dialect of the Mixtec language have access, for the first time, to the Word of God in their heart language.

The Bible League has developed a pilot project of evangelism and discipleship training through audio and reading assistance to local Christians. This program is now being used as a model for reaching Unreached People Groups around the world.

The Bible League is thankful for the faithful translation work of Wycliffe Bible Translators. This partnership has allowed the Bible League to publish Scriptures in these remote languages.
