What is it like working for a Christian ministry?
In many ways Bible League International conducts
itself like a normal business (deadlines
to meet, employees must be accountable
for their work, working within a budget,
etc). The difference between working
for Bible League International and another for-profit
company is the fact that as a result
of our work and God's blessings hundreds
of thousands of people are coming to
Christ each year. It is very rewarding
being a part of a ministry that is furthering
God's Kingdom. It is also our goal that
employees are challenged to grow in their
personal walk with the Lord.
